Rebalance your skin with the Numbuzin No.1 Pure-Full Calming Herb Toner, a watery, lightweight toner formulated with concentrated herbal extracts to help control excess sebum for a clearer-looking skin texture. It is enriched with Centella Asiatica, Houttuynia Cordata Extract and Licorice Root to help soothe irritation and restore oil-moisture balance, while Nymphaea Alba Flower Extract and Panthenol help keep skin moisturised. Hyacinth Extract and Polygonum Multiflorum Extract help purify the skin, and the toner absorbs easily to leave skin feeling refreshed.
