Fabula Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Fabula. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every purchase to be a positive experience. Below are the guidelines for returns, whether it is a change of mind or an issue with a faulty or defective item.

Change of Mind Returns (Online Orders Only) 

This policy applies to online purchases only, All change of mind returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include a valid proof of purchase. You may choose from the following options:

1 Exchange for another product
2 Store credit valid for one year

Conditions for change of mind returns

Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Sets or multi item packs must be returned in full.
Products must be in their original packaging, including wrapping and boxes.
Sale or promotional items, along with items purchased using a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for change of mind returns.
For hygiene reasons, lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools cannot be returned unless sealed and in their original packaging.
All returned products will undergo quality control and hygiene checks. If opened or used, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Defective Item Returns

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. You may choose from the following:

1 Exchange for a replacement
2 Store credit valid for one year
3 Refund to your original payment method

If a gift card was used for the purchase, the refund will be issued as another gift card.

How to Initiate a Return

If the return is due to an error on our part such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Fabula will cover the return shipping costs.

Your refund for full priced items will be processed within approximately four weeks from the time you hand the package to the return shipper. This timeline includes:

5 to 10 business days for the item to reach us
3 to 5 business days for processing after receiving your return
5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

To start a return, log in to your Fabula account. Go to your order history using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and select Return Item(s). You will receive an email once your item has been received and processed.

Important Notes

Refunds do not include delivery costs unless the item is faulty or defective.
